About Our Chef
At the age of 13, he began studying a course at the hotel school in Puerto Rico, where he fell in love with cooking.
He pursued a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on culinary arts.
He studied at Ana G. Mendez University in Puerto Rico.
In 2006, he started working in Puerto Rico at a Coffee Shop, developing additional services that expanded the business into a restaurant until 2017.
In 2018, he moved to Orlando and the same year began working in catering.
He offers Creole and fusion cuisine services, featuring products of excellent quality.
Kairos Experience envisions becoming the leading Creole and fusion cuisine company in Orlando, led by Chef Yesrael, maintaining the quality of products and services, alongside an excellent team.
